Rose quartz and Prehnite gemstones help bring calming and expansive energy into your heart space. They make great talismans on their own or imbibed with intention and can be carried on your person throughout the day and/placed under your pillow at night.

Another way to work with these stones is to lay supine and place the gems onto your body at the heart level. Relax and stay open to anything that comes up. 💎
