April 20th | Moon Time Class | 2-3:30pm | Chico Holistic Wellness Center | $30 fee | Register by sending class fee to Rachel via Venmo, you will get a confirmation email once payment is received. 

Class info: This class delves into the history and evolution of the way humans have related to women's menstrual cycles. You will learn ways to connect into the womb space, optimal nutrition throughout the cycle, the different phases of the menstrual cycle and how to utilize them and much more. 

Rachel shares resources to foster your own research and curiosity.
