What is a Narthecia box you may be wondering?

Narthecia is the name I decided to give my offering of seasonally curated boxes. The word Narthecia comes from our ancient Greek ancestors who used small ornate boxes to store their oils, unguents, perfumes and medicines. The Romans had very similar boxes called Unguentariums that accompanied them to the bathhouses. The boxes were made most often with ivory, alabaster, onyx or fine ceramic. 

Moon Wise Herbals seeks to embody this experience of our forebears with our curated seasonal boxes. 

Much intention is put into each season, offering a small carefully curated selection of products that are in alignment with the season at hand. 

We have tailored this subscription box to fit your needs. You are free to choose one season one time or subscribe to a years worth of boxes. It is up to you!
