Mugwort is a woman’s botanical.
•she sends blood flow to the pelvic area and will bring on menstruation
•she brings an irregular menses to a more regular cycle
•she is bitter and warming and will aide digestion
•smoked, taken as a tea, or anointing ones body with mugwort infused oil, induces vivid dreams, lucid dreaming and dream recall
•can be used preventatively or curatively for parasites and worms

Mugwort is not suitable if a hot, dry condition already is present in the body.
