Elderberry is a medicine chest unto herself. She is most widely known for her immune supporting properties. Elder works as a great preventive when taken everyday during the cold and flu season. She works to help lessen the duration of an illness when taken at first sign of illness and throughout.

• protects from oxidative stress with her antioxidant content
• anti-inflammatory, helpful for joint and muscle discomfort
• will help to promote sweating to reduce fever and helps to remove waste from the body via urine
